Scope of Services
- Housekeeping staff (cleaning & maintenance as per cleaning standards).
- Office boy / support staff (Day to day routine operations, Multitasking)
- Technical support (Electrical, HVAC, maintenance)
- Optional: Security, Drivers, Gardening
Please share a detailed cost breakup per resource for each scope, including all applicable taxes and statutory labor compliance.
Key Requirements
- Relevant experience in facility management
- Provision of trained staff with backup support
- Compliance with EOBI, Social Security, and legal requirements
- Nationwide / multi-location capability (preferred)
