Scope of Work
The RFQ covers the supply, delivery, and installation of furniture for NCGCL’s new office at Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad as per the detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) provided in the attached specifications document. The scope includes furniture for the following areas:
- CEO Office — executive table, revolving chair, visitor chairs, sofa, coffee tables, and credenza
- Executive Offices (Big & Small) — executive/manager tables, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, credenzas, and coffee tables
- Workstation Area — workstation tables, mobile pedestals, high back chairs, and storage cabinets
- Conference Room — conference table and executive revolving chairs (13 nos.)
- Reception — revolving chair, 3-seater sofa, and coffee table
- Kitchenette & Bathrooms — revolving chair and coffee station
All items are to be supplied, delivered, and installed complete in all respects, including labour and transport, as per the specifications and dimensions in the attached BOQ.

Proposal Requirements
