3. Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
-A detailed BOQ must be prepared, covering all materials, fittings, furnishings, and finishes to be used in the project, aligning with the approved design.

4. Supervision and Quality Control
The selected designer will be expected to supervise the implementation phase to ensure adherence to the approved design and the BOQ. This includes oversight of the contractor’s work and verification that the materials used are of adequate quality and as per specifications.

5. Site Visit Charges During Execution:
During the construction and installation phase, the designer will be required to conduct on-site visits. These visits will be charged on a per-visit basis, to be quoted separately in the proposal.
